L'envol du Phoenix - Short, medium and long term solutions for the protection of the environment and the harmonious development of humanity.

L'envol du Phoenix was founded in 2022 by Patrick de Montmollin and Dr. iur. Olivier Riske.

L'envol du Phoenix is organized as a sole proprietorship under Swiss law, not registered in the Commercial Register in the sense of Articles 934 and following of the Swiss Code of Obligations and has its registered office in the Canton of Berne with domicile in the municipality of Villars-les-Moines (Münchenwiler) until February 28, 2023. In March 2023, L'envol du Phoenix moves to Neuchâtel with branches in Cousset (commune of Montagny, canton of Fribourg) and Bôle (commune of Milvignes, canton of Neuchâtel). The objective is to turn it into a non-profit foundation under Swiss law in the short or medium term.
